We’re not their support team, and we don’t speak for them. Names and trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners, and we use them only so you know what we’re talking about.
This isn’t the login page. We don’t run the Smart Square portal, and you can’t sign in here. Always use the link your employer gives you. If you’re ever unsure whether a page is the real one, check with your manager or IT help desk before typing in your password.
We’ll never ask for your login details. No username, no password, no MFA codes. If anyone claiming to be us asks for them, it isn’t us, so don’t send them.
Our guides are for general help only. We do our best to keep things accurate, but logins, links, and features change, and we may miss an update. If something here doesn’t match what your employer tells you, go with your employer. Nothing on this site is official advice, and we can’t promise it will work for every account or organization.
We can’t fix account problems. Locked out, wrong schedule, missing shift? Your manager, staffing office, or IT help desk is the right place. We have no access to anyone’s account.
