If you’ve ever stood in a hallway before a shift, trying to remember which Smart Square link to use, you already know why this site exists.
Smart Square is the scheduling system a lot of hospital teams use to check shifts, swap with coworkers, and request time off. It works fine once you’re in. Getting in, though, is where people get stuck: the wrong link, a password that suddenly stopped working, an MFA prompt that won’t show up.
So I put this site together. It’s a simple set of guides that explain how to log in, what to check when something goes wrong, and how to get to your schedule on your phone. No jargon, no ten-page manuals, just the steps that usually fix the problem.
